The terms and conditions of use concern all customer transactions with our company, through the website artline-shop.gr, through telephone orders, via e-mail, through our social media accounts or at our showroom at 1st km. Argos - Nafplio Rd., or any store that is authorized to use the name or distinctive title of the company.
The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

Prices
Prices are in euro and include 24% V.A.T. Any exception will be clearly stated on our website with a relevant link or reference.
For foreign customers, who pay by card in another currency, the conversion is performed automatically into the currency of their country. The rate is determined by the bank that issued the card and is beyond our responsibility.
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. For orders that have not been paid off in advance, the current prices of the online store are in effect, even if the order had been placed at a different price.
Product prices may vary between physical and online store.

Interest-free installments
For purchases through our online store, you have the option to pay in up to 12 monthly interest-free installments using a credit card, while there is also the option for up to 36 monthly interest-free installments for purchases of Media Strom products.
If you wish to pay off your order in installments, in the "Payment Method" of your order:
- Select “Pay with debit / credit card”
- In the "Interest-free installments (only with credit card)" field, select the number of installments you wish

Product availability
The products that appear on our website artline-shop.gr may not always be available. In case the selected product is not available, the estimated availability date is mentioned on the relevant page, but also, if you have placed an order, you will be informed about the estimated availability date and the estimated delivery date, on the first working day from the day you placed the order.
The indication of the availability date of goods is an estimate; it can be changed without prior notice and is not a commitment contract between artline-shop.gr and the customer. In the rare case that the delivery is too late, we will make every effort to keep you informed. In addition, you can be informed through the relevant product page, as the availability dates are automatically updated via an electronic interface from our suppliers at regular intervals.
We reserve the right to cancel any customer’s order and refund any money paid, in case a product is not available, or in the case that a material failure makes the product out of the specifications of its features.
Delivery Time & Working Days and hours
The delivery time for ready-to-ship products is 4-10 days.
For products with an expected availability date, the delivery time is 4-10 days from the availability date.
For products on order, the delivery time depends on the manufacturing factory.
Working days are: Monday through Friday and hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding official holidays.
Product images and descriptions
The colors of the product images as displayed on our website, may have been affected by the technology you use to access our page and by the display settings that you have set on your computer and to which we have no access.
Our company does its best for a decent and accurate display of colors.
Product descriptions are as detailed and accurate as possible.
Order acceptance and security
When you place an order by phone or in written, we consider it as an offer to buy. If we accept the order, we will send you an email confirmation with the details of the order.
In the case of telephone orders, and in case you are unable / unwilling to provide us with your email address, we take no responsibility for any disagreement you may have with any part of the order.
When you receive the order confirmation email, you have the opportunity to check and correct any data.
Confirmed orders also mean full acceptance of the terms and conditions of use.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order if we deem it necessary. In that case, we will notify you via e-mail the soonest possible.
Our delivery department uses the data as stated during the order. You are not obliged to provide your phone number to the delivery department. However, in case you do not do so or declare it wrong, the products will be returned to our warehouses and then you are responsible for any shipping charges for the return and / or resending of the order.
Your phone number, as well as all your details, will not be given to third parties by us for advertising purposes. Please read the privacy policy below.
Advance payments
For the acceptance of orders of products that are not stored in our warehouses, or concerning products in special colors and dimensions, or when it is deemed necessary by our company, an advance payment of 35-50% of the total amount of the order is required.
For all other products, an advance payment of the whole amount is required for the order to be valid.

Our products are delivered to any city of Greece through a transportation company or by our own means of transportation. Our company ships the goods to our Athens Pick-up Point without any charge (Address: 67 Ploutonos str., Aegaleo). You are charged with shipping from our Athens Pick-up Point to the transportation company in your area.
Deliveries in the Prefectures: Attica, Argolida & selected areas of Arcadia & Corinth
All orders are delivered on the sidewalk. If you wish to have a floor delivery, you will have to negotiate the extra cost directly with the transportation company.
The shipping cost is minimum € 10. In case the shipping cost differs, we inform you in detail in advance.
For the imported mattresses, for collection from the Showroom, there is an extra charge of 10% on their final value.
Deliveries in the rest of Greece
You are charged with shipping costs from our Athens Pick-up Point to the transportation company in your area (exception is the Prefecture of Chalkidiki, which is served by transportation companies of Thessaloniki).
If you wish to have a delivery to your exact address, you will have to negotiate the extra cost directly with the transportation company.

For deliveries outside Greece, please contact us.
Sofa Company & Media Strom product deliveries
For the products of Media Strom & Sofa Company, delivery is free of charge.
For the Prefecture of Attica, delivery is made free of charge in urban regions.
Remote areas are excluded, as well as the Municipalities of: Saronic, Agistri, Aegina, Kythera, Poros, Salamina, Spetses, Trizinia, Hydra.
For the rest of Greece: Free delivery to a transportation company in the Capital of your Prefecture.
Island regions are excluded.
For Chania, Rethymno & Heraklion Crete, delivery is also free of charge up to the transportation company of each city.
Homad product deliveries
For the products of Homad, delivery is free of charge for the Prefecture of Attica, in urban regions.
Remote areas are excluded, as well as the Municipalities of: Saronic, Agistri, Aegina, Kythera, Poros, Salamina, Spetses, Trizinia, Hydra.
For the rest of Greece:

Delivery to a transportation company in the Capital of your Prefecture.
Our products are delivered to any city of Greece through a transportation company or by our own means of transportation.
Our company ships the goods to our Athens Pick-up Point without any charge (Address: 67 Ploutonos str., Aegaleo).
You are charged with shipping from our Athens Pick-up Point to the transportation company in your area.
Assembly
All made in Greece products are received assembled. For reasons of transport safety, some parts of the products may be received in a separate package (for example: table legs).
Imported products are packaged and picked up in their original packaging. The company does not undertake the assembly and placement of goods within your premises; following the enclosed instructions, you can easily assemble the products. Our company's products are designed to be easy to assemble.
For any difficulties during assembly, you may consult our company's responsible department personnel by calling us.
Damage during transport
All products are examined in detail before shipment. However, transport damage can also be done by the most experienced crew.
In case the deliverables have signs of abuse from the transfer, you should refuse to receive them and declare it in written on the form you sign.
In any other case, we do not assume responsibility.
Products damaged during transportation are returned to us and we either replace them, if available, or we return the money to you in a bank account that you will indicate in written.
Returns of defective products
To return a product you consider to be defective, you must send us a written update and photos, clearly illustrating the defect and you must send the product back within 14 calendar days of the day of its receipt.
The return is made by a transport company of your choice (courier, transport company, other or own means).
IMPORTANT: The goods are carried at your own risk until they reach our warehouses so you need to make sure that they are properly packaged and can not suffer any damage during transportation. We are trying hard to accept all the returns that come to us, but if a product is returned in an inappropriate state, then the return will not be accepted.
Mandatory conditions for the return of products:
1. The product MUST be accompanied by its original packaging. Do not discard if you are not sure that your product is satisfactory.
2. The product has not been intentionally or unintentionally damaged by the customer (not careful removal of its packaging, incorrect assembly, inappropriate use, etc.).
3. This product has not been used.
4. Products with special factory packaging should not have their packaging broken or damaged.
5. Labels or brand markings or any other marking, which may have been attached to the product, should not be removed.
6. The product to be returned must be accompanied by the invoice and a return slip or by the retail receipt of purchase.
7. There must be prior written information to our company about the return, accompanied by relevant photos of the product.
In case of non-compliance with the refund conditions, we will not accept the products and we will send them back to you at your charge.
WARNING: PRODUCTS WHICH ARE MADE ON ORDER OR ARE TAILOR-MADE, OR HAVE SPECIAL COLOR / WOOD / FABRIC OR, IN GENERAL, SPECIAL DIMENSIONS OR FEATURES, CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Once we receive the product, the necessary check will be performed and if the product meets all the conditions for return, then our company will return the value of the product or products returned, within 3 working days, to a bank account you will indicate in written.
Alternatively, you can request re-shipment of a new, same product on our shipping and return costs.
In case the check shows that the product is not defective, we send it back to you at your charge.
Right of withdrawal
All transactions carried out through our website are governed by the International and European Law regulating issues related to electronic commerce, as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (L. 2251/1994). Our company has taken all necessary measures to ensure the maximum possible security.
Every customer of the artline-shop.gr online store has the right, in accordance with the applicable legislation, to withdraw from the purchase without giving justification, by completing the relevant withdrawal application, which the customer is obliged to notify by e-mail to sales@artline-shop.gr and return the product he purchased within 14 calendar days, from the date of receipt. In this case, any shipping and return costs are to be borne by the customer. To qualify for the refund, the product must be in its original packaging, complete and in the condition in which it was delivered, without damage and not used. It is also required to be accompanied by the original invoice and return slip or retail receipt of purchase. Before each return, the customer must contact the company in order to determine the time of receipt of the product. Reimbursement of the purchase price shall be made by bank transfer within 14 calendar days of the day on which the written notice of withdrawal was given and after receipt of the product in the above mentioned condition.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of products resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the products, in the time until their return.
In case of non-compliance with the withdrawal conditions, we will not accept the products and we will send them back to you at your own charge.
